Neighborhood Nature

Examine the many ecologies found in your own Brooklyn backyard. This exhibit introduces children to life sciences through hands-on play in the community cork garden, close looking and listening in the Museum’s diorama habitats, lounging at the “beach” and through exploring the intersection of the natural and human worlds. Don’t miss BCM’s greenhouse and the live animals from the Museum’s living collection featured throughout the exhibit.
